Minimum Requirements

Diploma or certification in Draughting or Electrical/Mechanical Design.
3–5 years of proven experience in electrical drafting/design.
Proficiency in relevant CAD software and drawing standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed technical drawings for electrical/mechanical systems.
Interpret specifications and designs provided by engineers.
Compile and refine rough sketches into accurate diagrams.
Design wiring diagrams and layout schematics.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

Electrical Engineer (Power distribution systems design experience required)

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic Electrical Engineer (ONLY BEng and BSc degrees) to join their team, focusing on the design and project engineering of power distribution systems. The successful candidate will be someone with 1–2 years of experience in design and/or project engineering within power distribution systems, who is proficiency in interpreting MV single line diagrams.

Exposure to consulting, EPC, or Eskom environments is advantageous.
