A leading multinational manufacturing concern is urgently looking for an Inventory and Demand Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible to effectively estimate future product demands and make accurate recommendations for inventory holding.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or relevant.
3 - 4 years experience in demand planning/forecasting/inventory control role.
Highly analytical approach.
Strong ERP system knowledge (Syspro/Microsoft AX).

Responsibilities

Perform inventory audits and report on inventory turns.
Planning inventory, analysing statistical data and generating forecasting solutions.
Provide inputs in commodity purchasing strategy formulation.
Develop and manage product demand plans and forecasts to anticipate customer reactions.
Maintain all inventory levels based on customer needs.
Drive inventory reduction strategies while optimising projects.
Improve forecasting accuracy.
Generate monthly supply chain management reports and ensure all QMS standards are met.
