A leading manufacturing concern is urgently looking for a Process Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for set-up, and sustained robust performance of all injection moulding machines.
Grade 12.
Tertiary qualification in Injection Moulding + working experience in a plastic manufacturing environment.
Prepared to works shifts.
Working knowledge of set up and tear down procedures on injection moulding moulds.
5 years experience in progressive manufacturing.
Monitors the moulding process to ensure product quality.
Mould Process and process troubleshooting of various types of injection moulds.
Mould set ups and tooling changeovers and maintenance.
Directing and monitoring the execution of the production schedule as well as performing mold and or material changes as dictated by the schedule.
Performing process troubleshooting.
