Minimum Requirements

Qualified CA(SA).
10+ years of technical accounting experience in a corporate or advisory role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOX, and financial reporting standards.
Proven ability to develop controls, policies, and process improvements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Oversee IFRS & SOX compliance, ensuring adherence to international financial regulations.
Drive external & internal reporting, providing accurate and timely financial insights.
Implement and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk and strengthen governance.
Lead process optimisation initiatives, improving efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies
