As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of both factories. Your finance expertise will be vital in optimising operational efficiency, managing budgets, and driving profitability while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements

CA(SA)/CIMA/MBA
8- 12 years' experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in General Management or senior leadership roles within the agricultural sector.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
Experience managing multi-site operations or multiple factory environments.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across both factories.
Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze variances.
Coordinate between production, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and team development.
