They seek a seasoned Business Development Manager to maintain and build relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and diverse departments within mining operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven history of formulating and executing strategies, budgets, and business plans.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
5 - 7 years' experience in a management role.
Responsibilities
Mine Visits, Commissioning, Training, Presentations, Entertaining, Expos and trade Days.
Assist with strategic and budget planning and managing key accounts.
Management of the entire sales and service function within the company.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibility for the yearly service strategic business plans.
Identify both short- and long-term risks to the business and develop strategies to overcome these.
Source and maintain customer accounts.
Stakeholder engagement.
