A leading residential construction company in Gauteng is looking for a Residential Building Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate all to perform and deliver all project requirements.

R420 000 CTC - R600 000 CTC (Negotiable depending on experience)

Minimum Requirements

Min 5–10 years’ solid experience in the building industry.
Working experience on high-density residential projects.
Tertiary qualification in Construction will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities including structural and finishing works.
Allocate tasks and monitor subcontractor performance.
Ensure work progresses according to schedule and sequence.
Track site progress and resolve operational issues.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
Maintain organised, clean and disciplined site operations.
Ensure timely material supply and control wastage.
Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with procurement for material orders.
Enforce safety regulations and PPE compliance.
