Business Support Manager: Franchises (Cape Town and Johannesburg)
Our client is a growing company and looking for a Franchise Manager to join their team. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all franchises within the group. This includes implementing controls, budgets, and ensuring that the franchises are profitable.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience working in a franchise or multi-site management role.
Experience in finance and budgeting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize workloads
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
A self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the performance of all franchises, ensuring that they meet or exceed their targets for revenue, profit, and growth.
Develop and implement operational processes to ensure the smooth running of all franchises, including setting up controls, guidelines, and procedures.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies to promote the franchises and drive more business.
Monitor budgets and ensure that all franchises are financially stable and profitable.
Ensure that all franchisees receive adequate support, training, and development resources, to enable them to run their businesses efficiently.
Create and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and team members, acting as a point of contact for any issues or queries that arise.
Carry out regular risk assessments and proactively identify areas of improvement for our franchises.
