Electrical Project Manager (Electrical and Instrumentation industry)

Minimum Requirements
Tertiary Electrical Engineering degree.
Must have working knowledge of NEC and Eskom Type Projects.
Min 10 years working experience in the Electrical and Instrumentation sector exposure.
Project and contract management experience. (MS Project or Primavera P6)
Responsibilities
Manage all manufacturing and project execution phases from planning to close-out stage.
Management of direct reports, seconded workers (internal service providers) and sub-contractors on site.
Carry out work in accordance with company and customer policies, statutory requirements, specified drawings, specifications, codes of practice, standards, quality plans and programs.
Project planning - Prepare tenders for electrical installation contracts and provide input during tender stage for other electrical engineering contracts
Responsible for cost control and project resourcing.
Co-ordinate operations and construction within conditions of contract through regular integration meetings and scheduling, focusing on LTIFR and TRIR.
