Quantity Surveyor – EPC Project | Zambia (Expatriate Role)
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting international opportunity? Our client, a leading EPC organisation, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major project in Zambia.
You will be responsible for managing project costs across the full lifecycle, ensuring effective cost control, contractual compliance, and value delivery within a challenging EPC environment.
The position operates on a 10-week on / 2-week off rotation, with flights, accommodation, and a vehicle provided.

Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on EPC projects (African project experience advantageous).
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong commercial and contract administration skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Willingness to work in Zambia on a rotational expatriate basis.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage bills of quantities, cost estimates, and project budgets.
Monitor costs and forecast potential overruns.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
Implement cost control procedures and reporting systems.
Manage variations, payment applications, and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
