A leading residential construction company in Gauteng is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage construction projects from inception to completion, taking full responsibility for successful delivery.

R600 000 CTC - R800 000 CTC (Negotiable depending on experience)

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Construction Management or similar.
7 - 10 years experience in a similar role.(Buidling Sector)
Working experience in high density residential construction will be beneficial.
Willing to travel

Responsibilities

Full project lifecycle management (planning, execution, handover).
Lead and manage site teams, contractors & subcontractors.
Control programme, budget, quality & safety performance.
Coordinate consultants, drawings, procurement & resources.
Identify and resolve risks, delays & construction issues.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and HSE standards.
