Minimum Requirements
Engineering Degree - Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial
Min 12 years experience in plant management, maintenance control on yellow and white equipment.
Exposure to managing maintenance teams on various locations.
Willing to travel & valid passport.
Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams with a focus on results, mentorship, maintenance and collaboration.
Overall Management of the entire operational, technical and mechanical functions for the Yellow Metal and White Metal earth moving equipment division, including the maintenance schedules and teams.
Preventative Maintenance, planning and execution throughout the equipment on sites.
Training technicians, site management and operators on the correct use and maintenance of equipment.
Will be required to facilitate, guide in the Installation and commissioning of plants, as a divisional head.
Ensure timeous execution and installation in line with project deadlines.
