Our client is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimise their Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehousing functions. Reporting to the COO, this role ensures the successful execution of Supply Chain Management strategy and KPIs.

Minimum Requirements

Postgraduate qualification (NQF7) in Supply Chain Management; MBA is a plus.
10+ years’ senior management experience in FMCG.
Proven ERP system expertise and experience with cost reduction strategies.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies.
Oversee S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Manage supply chain risks and drive performance improvements.
Achieve 95% On-Time Delivery (OTD) and optimise procurement processes.
Lead cost-saving and value improvement initiatives.
Build strong supplier and customer relationships.
Develop a high-performance supply chain team.
