Salary
Entry Level: £25,000 – £28,000 per year (depending on experience) / Experienced Teachers: £27,000 – £42,000 per year / Senior Teachers: £42,000 – £50,000 per year

Minimum Requirements
A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) will be considered a strong advantage.
Fluency in English is required; native English speakers will be given preference.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
Previous experience in a nursery or early years education environment is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that promote all areas of development.
Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to thrive.
Assess and monitor individual progress, ensuring each child’s unique needs are supported.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
Uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism, following nursery policies and best practices.
