Regional Operations Manager – Electrical Engineering
A fast-growing electrical engineering concern that offers turnkey solutions to the market is looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continued growth and development of the company's business interests in the Western Cape, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and Namibia.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Electrical Engineering Degree.
Management experience including personnel management, contracts management, financial management at an operational level.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of operations including the sales team, service team, engineering and installations teams.
Responsible for stock and inventory management, office administration, and all Safety & Quality related matters.
Work closely with the project managers servicing corporate clients and key projects in the region.
Manage the costs and expenses.
Managing, leading, directing, controlling and organising a highly effective sales, engineering and installation teams.
