Our client is an international organisation, and they are looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidates will be managing the BDM’s as well as oversee the operations side of the business.

Minimum Requirements

Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering
Min 7 years experience in a similar role.
Experience in calling on the telecommunication market is essential.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives.
Researching and analysing data to create sales forecasts.
Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals.
Manager exiting clients, new clients and liaise with the engineering design team on product specification.

You will be responsible for managing project costs across the full lifecycle, ensuring effective cost control, contractual compliance, and value delivery within a challenging EPC environment.

The position operates on a 10-week on / 2-week off rotation, with flights, accommodation, and a vehicle provided.
