Minimum Requirements
BSc/BEng degree in Engineering is mandatory..
Min 8 years experience working on CAPEX/Complex projects.
Multi-disciplinary (i.e, Process, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and C&I) engineering knowledge and experience.
Strategic insight into business drivers.
Responsibilities
Drive the implementation of minimum technical solutions throughout the project life cycle.
Active management of SHERQ related duties
Direct and review the engineering activities to ensure that work quantities meet client requirements and agreed scope of works.
Ensure design reviews are undertaken and will cover reliability, accessibility, operations, maintenance, safety (including inherently safe design), and constructability.
Root cause identification followed by the implementation of the appropriate corrective and preventative action.
Provide input into the Project Progress Report with respect to design progress, schedule and cost.
Understanding and leveraging the Plant’s strategy and business drivers
Managing the flow of engineering and technical information/design data between disciplines and consultants.
