Solar Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our client's team of engineers at their offices in Pretoria. The ideal candidate must have a BEng degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience as a Solar Design Engineer.

Minimum Requirements

B Tech/ BEng Electrical Engineering Degree.
2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven track record in solar designing.

Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting site surveys for capacity analysis, shadow analysis and plant designing.
Preparing PV layout and BOM preparation.
Structure fabrication drawings.
Doing AC & DC cable sizing and earthing calculations.
Responsible for PV system reports.
